Meditations,

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord , my rock and my redeemer.

Lord, today may my meditations and my inner self talk,  be Joy in your ears and also the ears of any who might be influenced by me.
You are my Rock and the Keeper of my heart and all I treasure.
